Kelvin AI is currently in beta. Improvements and new capabilities will continue to be added quickly with each new release.
Overview¶
Kelvin AI is the redesigned platform interaction tool first introduced in version 6.X. It provides a more flexible, open, and free-flowing way to interact with the Kelvin Platform using natural language.
Note
The widgets from the previous AI tool (such as the embedded data explorer light) no longer function in Kelvin AI. Dedicated widgets and tools for Kelvin AI will be developed in future releases.

What You Can Do With It¶
Kelvin AI is designed to let you ask questions and retrieve information about your operation in plain language. Typical uses include:
- Querying the state of Assets and Data Streams.
- Pulling summaries of operational activity across one or many Assets.
As new releases roll out, expect dedicated widgets and richer integrations to expand what Kelvin AI can do directly from the interface.
